She won but he lost

Rajveer's POV

I got ready in my black suit with no tie ad open collar and headed to that venue for miss world contest whatever BULLSHIT it is , idk how do men like women at all how eww those women are yuck . Anyways I reached there , the heads welcomed me and then we were seated in VIP lounge every contestant was giving her walk and that question answers how rubbish it was just new pretty faces and then someone announced

Now welcome Miss India , Samaira Sandalya

okay that name sounded nice SAMAIRA I mouthed it slowly it sounded nice and then she came dressed in a black gown and open hairs her makeup not extravagent and two earring on her ears and one beautiful pendant resting on her slender neck my god how did I forget to breath for almost 30 seconds she looked way too beautiful and her walk confident and charming too much charming to ignore ..........

(her look )

then a question was asked to her ,

“Why should your be the next Miss World?”

she answered , I should be the next Miss World because I carry not just dreams but the determination to fulfill them. I believe in being a voice for the voiceless, a light for those lost in darkness. I stand here not to be admired, but to serve—with grace, courage, and compassion. Miss World isn't a crown—it's a responsibility, and I’m ready to wear it with purpose.

“What is the most important thing in a woman’s life?”

The most important thing in a woman's life is the freedom to be herself—without judgment, limits, or fear. Whether she chooses to nurture a family, lead a nation, or chase her wildest dreams—her right to choose, to rise, to roar… that is her true power.

What does success mean to you?”

Success is not just trophies or titles—it’s waking up every day with a purpose that fuels your soul. It’s about lifting others as you rise, smiling through struggles, and growing through what you go through. To me, success is silent… but powerful.

“If you had the opportunity to change one thing in the world, what would it be and why?”

I would change the way we see each other. If we looked at people not through the lens of race, gender, status, or religion—but through humanity, the world would be a kinder place. Empathy is not weakness. It’s the strength this world needs most.

“How would you use your influence as Miss World to help others?”

I would use my influence as a bridge between resources and the people who need them. From mental health awareness to education, I would collaborate, advocate, and act—because real change happens when empathy meets action. Beauty fades, but purpose leaves a legacy.

“Who is your role model and why?”

here Idk her deep eyes got glossy and watered but she didnt let them spill , her sweet voice got a little low to stop from ..........breaking and i dk why I felt my heart ache a lot seeing her like that ,

My role model is my father—though he’s no longer with me, he lives in every breath I take. He was the man who held my hand through my first steps and taught me to walk strong even when life tries to break me. He never needed a stage to shine—he lit up my world with his love, his sacrifices, his silent strength.
When the world saw me as a girl, he saw a queen. He believed in my dreams before I even dared to. And even though he’s gone, I still hear his voice in my mind every time I feel weak… telling me, “Stand tall, my daughter. You were never made to bend.”
Everything I am today is because of a man who loved fiercely, lived humbly, and left behind not just memories—but a fire inside me that can never be put out.

then she left idk what she did and how she did she casted spell on me I just couldnt take my gaze off her and this happened for the first time with me in my whole life and I felt something like admiration and something dangerous I wanted to go just hold her in arms and never let go and that urge is irresistible to me I wanted just to admire her and get lost in her what am I feeling is increasing when I close eyes I want see her when i open them i want her i want to listen her voice once again stare in those beautiful eyes no no no I shouldnt be feeling this , this all will make me weak no she is just a passing woman nothing else but then why is my heart beating so fast ?
